For guests traveling in, DFW International Airport (DFW) is the recommended airport. Conveniently located between Dallas and Fort Worth, DFW is centrally positioned within the Metroplex and approximately 30 minutes from WED Spaces, making it the most accessible option for the celebration.

As an alternate, Dallas Love Field (DAL) is also available, though travel time to the venue may vary depending on traffic approximately 45 minutes from WED Spaces.

Rental cars and rideshare services are readily available throughout the area, regardless of where you stay.

Guests are welcome to book hotel accommodations based on their personal preference, as lodging will be arranged individually.

For convenience and ease of travel, we recommend two general areas:

✈️ Near DFW Airport South, Arlington, North Arlington, or Six Flags, Euless, Bedford Area (Recommended Area)

Approximately 25–30 minutes from WED Spaces, this area provides easy access to DFW International Airport and makes for a smooth departure after the celebration. It’s centrally located between Dallas and Fort Worth and is our recommended area for convenience.

• Courtyard by Marriott Dallas DFW Airport South

• Four Points by Sheraton Dallas Fort Worth Airport South

This area offers comfort, convenience, and straightforward airport access.

🏙 Downtown Fort Worth

Approximately 10-15 minutes from WED Spaces, this area is perfect for guests who prefer to stay closer to the venue and enjoy restaurants and nightlife nearby.

• Courtyard by Marriott Fort Worth Downtown/Blackstone

• Embassy Suites by Hilton Fort Worth Downtown

This area offers easy access to and from DFW International Airport and is approximately 25–30 minutes from WED Spaces. It’s a great choice for guests who want a smooth arrival and departure experience while staying centrally located between Dallas and Fort Worth.

🏙 Near Downtown Fort Worth

For those who prefer to stay closer to the celebration, Downtown Fort Worth and surrounding neighborhoods are approximately 10–15 minutes from WED Spaces and offer great dining, entertainment, and walkable attractions.

🚗 Parking Information

For guests who choose to drive, designated event parking will be available at Cook Children’s Rehabilitation Services (South).

A parking lot attendant will be on site to direct traffic and assist with parking. Please follow all posted signage and directions upon arrival.

Kindly do not park at any neighboring businesses, as parking regulations will be enforced.
